While the setting of a game might change, The BLT Framework transforms the table into a workshop for humanity. By providing the safety to belong and the tools to learn, we empower people to build a world where they no longer have to face their challenges alone using these three pillars:

To plant the seed of growth, we have to start with the soil. There has to be a place where players feel seen and safe, where all the conditions are just right for each person to bloom. TTRPGs create a truly unique environment for social-emotional connection where the only requirement for entry is a willingness to participate. The “table” becomes a sanctuary where background, ability, and history are not barriers, but contributions to the shared world.

Players can be themselves completely—exploring more about who they are by transposing themselves onto the character sheet, or experimenting with who they want to be in a low-stakes environment.
