Frequently Asked Questions

Payment & Fees

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • A 50% non-refundable "Design & Booking Fee" is due upon signing the contract to reserve your date and begin custom development work.

The remaining 50% "Final Performance Fee" is due 14 days before your scheduled event.

  • For events booked within this window, the full 100% fee is due immediately upon signing the agreement.

  • Failure to pay the "Final Performance Fee" by the 14-day deadline is treated as a cancellation. In this case, the initial 50% fee is retained, and there is no further obligation to perform the service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you cancel 14 days or more before the event, the 50% "Design & Booking Fee" is retained, the contract is terminated, and no further payment is due.

If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, the full 100% contract fee is retained.

  • You may request one complimentary reschedule without penalty if the request is made in writing at least 14 days before the original event date.

  • The new date must be mutually agreed upon and occur within 90 days of the original event date.

  • Any request to reschedule made with less than 14 days' notice is treated as a cancellation.

Client Responsibilities

  • All participants must be present and ready to begin at the scheduled start time. Please note that the session will end at the scheduled time regardless of a late start due to participant delay.

  • You must provide all necessary information for the custom design (such as a final participant count and content preferences) by the agreed-upon pre-session deadline.

  • Each participant must have a stable internet connection, a functional microphone, and a quiet environment. Technical failures on the client’s side are not grounds for a refund or reschedule.

Players may be required to make accounts for Virtual Table Top applications and/or voice and video applications such as Google Meet or Discord.

  • You must provide a safe, clean, and private space with adequate table space, seating, and lighting for all participants and the Game Master.

You do not receive ownership or the right to commercially re-use the materials.

  • No. Per our Terms of Use, digital products are not eligible for return.

  • While our terms allow for a 3-4 business day processing window, digital items are generally delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Code of Conduct

  • All participants must treat the Game Master and each other with respect. Harassment, bigotry, discrimination, or any language/actions that create a hostile or unsafe environment are strictly prohibited.

  • The Game Master reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to remove a participant or terminate the entire session immediately. If a session is terminated for conduct violations, it is treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
